- Since He envelops the attributes of all the senses, He is conscious of the attributes of all the sense-organs. Later He is said to be devoid of any (gross) sense-organs. Since He is attained by being wise in experience, He is the goal of Wisdom.

English14 'That which is revealed (as the basis) of all sense-functionings, that which is (itself) beyond the ken of all senses; detached (and yet) supporting everything; so likewise, devoid of the Gunas (Constituent-aspects) and (yet) the experiencer of them: (892)
'Oh Kirti it (Supreme Brahman) pervades the universe just as the sky pervades all space; or just as the thread pervades the entire linen in the form of chequered cloth; or just as liquidity dwells in water in the watery form; or just as light dwells in the lamp in the lamp-form; or just as the fragrance of camphor exists in camphor in the camphor-form; or just as actions dwell in the body in the body-form; in short, Oh Pāndava, just as gold abides in every particle of gold, in that way the Supreme Brahman pervades all externally and internally. Yet, so long as gold is in the particle form (रवा) we call it particle, but as soon as that form is changed, it becomes only gold. Even though the current might run in a zig-zag course, yet the original water (flow) remains straight; or even though the iron gets red hot by fire (heat), yet fire does not constitute iron; or the sky appears round when enclosed in an earthen pot or appears four-cornered when seen from the interior of a (four-cornered house), but those round and square forms are not of the sky itself; in that way Supreme Brahman, even though apparently undergoing transmutations, yet in reality is never so affected. Supreme Brahman, Oh Dhananjaya, is felt to be formed out of the mind, the senses, and the three Gunas (constituent aspects) yet neither the Gunas nor the senses constitute Supreme Brahman, in the way the sweet taste of the jaggery does not exist in the form of its mould (but exists in the jaggery itself). Clarified butter exists in milk, in milk form, yet milk is not certainly the clarified butter. In that way, the (qualifying) attributes such as the Gunas and the senses, in no way affect Supreme Brahman, (and) bear this in mind. We give different names, such as (screw) flower etc. (फिरकीचे फूल) to different forms (ornaments) of gold, yet the original gold remains as original gold in any such form. To speak in plain Marathi language, Oh Dhananjaya, Supreme Brahman is entirely distinct from the three Gunas and the senses. Name, aspect, genus, action and (all such) distinctions are all attributes of the forms and do not apply to the essence (Supreme Brahman). Supreme Brahman is neither the Gunas themselves nor is it in any way, connected with Gunas: yet the Gunas (erroneously) appear to be in Supreme Brahman. It is on account of such (erroneous) appearance, Oh Kiriti, that the deluded ones hold that the Guna attributes reside in Supreme Brahman. Supreme Brahman possesses (them) in the way the sky supports the clouds or the mirror supports the reflection, or in the way the Sun-reflections are supported by water or the Sun's rays support the mirage. In that way the unmanifest (Supreme Brahman) supports the Guna attributes without in any way contacting them. But it is unsubstantial and unreal even though perceptible to the illusive vision. The experiencing of the Gunas by the qualityless, is like a poverty-stricken person enjoying sovereignty in a dream. Therefore, let there be no mention even of the association with, or experiencing of, Gunas by the qualityless.

English'Sarvendriyaguṇābhāsaṁ sarvendriyavivarjitam'—There is pre-existence of God; then there is His power, prakṛti (matter). The evolute of matter is Mahattattva (Cosmic intelligence), an evolute of cosmic intelligence, is cosmic ego, and the evolutes of ego, are five gross elements, while the evolutes of five gross elements, are mind and ten senses. The evolutes of ten senses, are five objects of senses—all these are the evolutes of cosmic Nature. But God transcends, prakṛti and its evolutes, whether He is attributeless or endowed with attributes, whether He is formless, or with form. He transcends prakṛti, even when He
incarnates. In that case, He manifests Himself, keeping prakṛti under His control.
How can God, be bound by guṇas (modes) (attributes), when even an embodied soul, by attaining God transcends guṇas? He is ever transcendent in character, He has no hands, feet, eyes etc., like other living beings, but He is capable of perceiving the objects of senses.* He listens to the call of His devotees, even without ears, embraces His devotees without skin, beholds beings without eyes, tastes articles of food, offered by His devotees, without tongue, runs to help His devotees, without feet and so on.
'Asaktaṁ sarvabhṛccaiva'—God loves, all beings, without having attachment for them, unlike worldly parents, who support their family with attachment, He supports and nourishes all the beings, throughout the entire universe, either on the earth, in the ocean or in ether or in heaven, in a better way without any attachment and provides necessities for them. Being a disinterested friend, He purifies all of them, destroying their good deeds and sins, through favourable and unfavourable, circumstances.
'Nirguṇaṁ guṇabhokṛ ca'—Though God is devoid of guṇas, yet He enjoys. It means, that the Lord is pleased seeing all the actions performed, by His devotees, in the same way, as parents are pleased seeing activities of their children and thus He is an enjoyer.
Appendix—In spite of the predominance of Brahma (the Absolute) in this topic, now in this verse there is the description of entire God. This entire form is the Reality to be known. Therefore there is the predominance of the entire form both in knowledge and devotion—'Vāsudevaḥ sarvam' (Gītā 7/19), 'sarvaṁ khalvidam brahma' (Chāṇḍogya. 3/14/1).
This verse means that there is no other existence at all
* He (God) grasps and rapidly moves without hands and feet; He sees without eyes and hears without ears (Mānasa 1/118/3-4).
besides God. Whatever we'll say, is not different from God. He is devoid of all and He comprises all.

Hindi(13.892) हे किरीटी!
(13.898) आकाश जब घटाकार से व्याप्त होता है तब गोल दिखाई देता है, परन्तु मठ में वही आकाश चौकोन आकार का दिखाई देता है;

The words sarvendriya guṇābhāsaṃ means that the source of the Brāhman or spiritual substratum pervading all existence known as Parabrahma or the Supreme Being
who is capable of illuminating all the senses with consciousness along with their faculties such as sight, sound, smell, taste and touch, etc.
But devoid of all material qualities Parabrahma is capable to perform all the activities of the senses without the need of physical sense organs.
The same holds true for the ātma or immortal soul which is capable of experiencing the activities of the senses without sense faculties and which by its own virtue has the capacity of omniscience like Parabrahma.
The word asaktaṃ means indifferent or unattached to the material and yet is sarva-bhṛt ca or capable of assuming all physical bodies and is the maintainer of all physical bodies.
The Chāṇḍogya Upaniṣad VII.XXV beginning sa eva dhastat meaning: “the Supreme Lord is everywhere in all directions”.
The Supreme Lord is nirguṇam meaning transcendental to the three modes of material nature pervading material existence which are goodness, passion and ignorance and yet the Supreme Lord is the ultimate experiencer of these three modes.
